Peter’s journey behind the lens began in his younger days when he really wanted to become a sports photographer. He began shooting at the Formula 1 and at Moto GP events from behind the fence with his canon AE1 film camera.

It wasn’t until many years later, when his late sister told him to take the chance and see where it takes you and if didn’t work out, you can always fall back and get back into full time work. “You only live once” she said.

So his spark for photography grew again, but this time it was in the fashion/advertising space. Having shot for various brands across Australia and overseas, Peter’s style is emotive and narrative-driven. He often captures raw and genuine moments, focusing on the expressions and body language of his models to convey emotion and tell a story.

He has a knack for creating a connection between the viewer and the subject, drawing them into the scene and evoking a sense of empathy or intrigue.

Peter’s work has been featured in many publications including print and digital including Vogue, InStyle, Girlfriend, Weekly Review, Schon and L'Officiel.
